Just found out about a free online quilt magazine here
http://www.quiltposium.com/
You have to register with name and email and have
Adobe Reader installed to view all 164 pages of the
premier issue, but appears no other strings are attached.
It take a long time to load, I imagine a lot of people
are trying to get there at once... but well worth the wait

Mickie, no affiliation.....

(wondering why people put their own images on the
covers of sewing magazines and books?-- Alex Anderson,
Mark Lipinksi, Eleanor Burns, Nancy Zieman, to name a
few)

Howdy!

Faces on the cover: w/ The Quilter, Quiltmaker, Quilters Newsletter,
Quilting, Quick Quilts, Quilt, Quilting Arts, Love of QUILTING,
McCalls QUILTING, Am P & QUILTING, Quilting Now, Crazy Quilts,
American QUILTERS Society, Quilter's World, Quilting Quarterly,
(name your country) Quilting & Patchwork, Quilter's Buzz,
Quilter's Home, Quiltmania, etc. on the shelf...
perhaps putting a FACE on the magazine cover makes it more
identifiable.

You see O's face on her mag, you know it's hers. Same for all
the others (and I thank them so I know to not even reach in that

First impression of Q-posium: lots of pages, not much content.
For a travel guide I'll stick w/ Rick Steves and the
very clever residents of RCTQ. ;-)

Cheers!

I have to agree - this appears to be a travel brochure targeted towards
quilters. I did page thru ALL the way to the end, but it didn't take much
time, since about 75% of the e-magazine was devoted to quilters trips. And
by then, I wasn't really interested in reading any of the non-travel
articles.
