keep in mind that is the price including taxes.
Lots of countries add a bigger gas tax than
we do here in the USA. If you want to compare
prices you need to figure without taxes, exchange
dollar amounts and do litres to gallons. Not
so simple as dollar to dollar.
Actually the price has fallen here in the last
few weeks. I probably don't fill my CRV tank up
2 x's a month. I'm a home body though.

i dont understand why taking off tax etc paid at the pump is relevant.
its what i have to pay.
i'm assuming the $3.50 in usa that granny quoted is what she pays at the pump.
on less that useful sleep.....our cost is NZ$6.50 a US gallon.
too groggy to work out what the exchange rate on that is.
tho doesnt really equate as it is relevant to cost of living and take home pay
or whatever other things i cant think of now.
