Had to post about this. I ordered some fabrics and lovely soaps from
Turtle Gap, as well as a pattern for "Santa's Helper" (kitty twisted up
in Christmas lights). It got here today and everything was
perfect...except for the pattern. The one that was in my package was
"Snowman Stack!" I got they phone number from the website and gave them
a jingle. When I explained what happened, the lady I spoke with said
she would get it right out to me. I said I would get the snowmaen back
to the store and she told me to keep it as it was their mistake!
Whoa!!! So not used to this. SHe was also very apologetic about the
mix up. I was blown away! I will probably end up sending it back to
them anyway, as soon as I finish assembling the packages for this mail
run (have to box up/envelope up some bits heading to different parts of
the country) - boxes, envelopes, squishies, cards....this is going to be
a big mailing day when everything is ready to go!
Had to share, was wonderful to deal with them, and now I have some
lovely fabrics to add to my BOM blocks!!

Larissa, If you still don't want that Snowman Stack, I'd be happy to buy it
from you! It's so cute and I know just where I'd put it!
Just let me know! :)
