I think it's quite lovely. Would like to see a smallish (about 2")pink
border and finished with a heavier green border 3-4"

I like it . I love strong colours. I f you have enough fabric you
could put on the salmon border and then one of the print. and bind with
black. or a narrow border of black then the salmon???

I don't think it is ugly at all. I would finish it. It's not colors I
really love but I do think it is nice. Every quilt is a learning
experience. So keep up the good work.

I agree with others: this is NOT an ugly quilt! I've used that pattern many,
many times and usually have an "ugh" feeling until I'm all done.
NOT ugly!

I can't tell you how much your encouragement is helping me with this!
I will sew like I love it and hope it will transform itself in the end
with with the quilting.
On another note, welcome Ruby. I'm 62 yr. old also and regret not
starting quilting sooner too. We have lots to do in the next few
years, don't we? lol This is a wonderful group of folks who will help
you along the way, if you need it. I can't tell you how much I
learned just by reading posts.
Thank you friends...Donna
