The first thing I'd have her check is whether she's got her email and
newsgroup servers typed in correctly. Since I don't know what she's using to
read the ng, I''m afraid I can't be more help.

Congratulations, Joanne. How very wonderful. As to the Mac questions, of
course, I have no suggestions but am so glad those of you who do speak that
