anyone else having probs with google?
i cant get it to do any searchs other than in the images,
nothing else.
i can hit 'search' til i'm blue in the face and nothing
happens.

Do you have it back, yet??
I just tried Googlin' "shallot" and it worked like a charm ...

sorry for the panic mode but it was driving me bonkers.
i think i've fixed it now.
fingers crossed any how.
ds eventually got up for a cuppa himself and i again asked
what was going on when he was on this thing last night.
duh...same thing tho he's no idea how it could of happened.
i told him well second thing i did was delete all his files,
hope there was nothing important on there.
nope, seems not. i also deleted msn msg'r. wont be using
that again as it might have been the culprit.
if it goes awry again i shall thump sumpin for sure.

Yep, I know what you mean ... it sometimes scares the fudge out of me how
much I depend on Google ... for everything from quiltin' goodies, to findin'
a local pizza place to ... well, you get the picture. :)
So I'm assumin' it wasn't just Google? Or was it?? I couldn't see why a web
site would be givin' you problems unless it were "down" ....

nope, not google at all.
had a wee gremlin get in and now its gone.
grrrrrrr, tho ds is forbidden from using msn msg'r again.
as he clearly has no idea what things can happen.
i'm not positive that is the culprit but i'm guessing it
could well be so why take chances.
he just uses the puter, has no idea nor interest in how it
works.
