Been quiet but my hands haven't.

This is to 'replace' an afghan I made DS in '83.

It's taken a month to do it and re-do it until I was happy. this is the
first of the repeats. not sure If I'll do 6 or 7. I do so want it done by
Christmas this year:
Photos haven't been cropped..you can see the stars I have left to sew
together underneath. Just had to get the piixs whilst he was away. Enjoy

Very pretty Butterfly!

Love the bear pics too! Think they were running from a Tigger? ;)

I have pics up on webshots. Only one quilt there so far. One
ornament. Lots of Amber, some white buffalo that live in the area.
You can find them here, if you're so inclined...

So, what's up with you?

Thanks, I'm getting excited about getting it done...even tho I can only work
on it when he's at work. I work on the other 2 when he's home.

Can't say 'same-o same-o' anymore : ) YAY! As you can see, I'm doing a bit
of hand work....can't knit--just far too stressful and still can't sew on a
button BUT BUT BUT I am crocheting a bit--can't do it every day--but I CAN
DO IT....which if you remember, I never ever thought I'd ever be able to do
it again. (Yes, you've been gone THAT long from us) going to mayo Dr in
Phoenix.....made a world of diff for both of us. Glad we moved here, even if
it did mean leaving our roses and retirement home behind. It has been and
still is so worth it..

So what's been going on in your world? Still in the same place? Are you
quilting some now---pixs didn't show on my compie so I'm guessing here? And
just who/m is Amber? Sounds like a cat--but I think you had a dog---lil one
that could ride on your lap .......correct me if my memory is having a
Senior Moment. and your folks? Are they still nearby--and your Mom--still
quilting or did she have to give it some--or not as much?

Hi my beautifulest Butterfly and Tigg!

Mayo docs in Rochester doin' it for me too. Hey Tigg, White Buffalo
are a very sacred deal for American Indians, did you know that? It's
totally exciting!

Love to you both, dear friends,
Dreamweaver

Yep, knew that about the white buffalo. Funnily enough, we went out
driving looking for regular brown buffalo, which we didn't find. Came
across the white ones (and one that I'm calling a buffacow (it's in
the pics, looks like a cow only with some of the extra hair that
buffalo have...probably a beefalo but I always thought those looked
more like buffalo), totally by accident when my best friend came to
visit. We wanted her son to see buffalo (we also have some regular
brown ones north of town but they are not known for being near the
road when you want to see them). We did a bit of Home, Home on the
Range as we also saw deer and elk that day.

We were totally enthralled with the white buffalo. Dad pulled the van
over and Trina, Zayne and I got out. At first they were laying down
but when we got out of the van, they got up and started to move away
from the fence, then decided we might be interesting to look at as
well so moved a bit closer. Trina took pictures and then emailed them
to me when she got home (I'd gone off and forgotten my phone so
couldn't take any myself.). Was totally cool to see, and not only one
white buffalo but something like five of them all in one place (might
have been 6).

Hugs,
Tigg
