After those personality traits are figured out, the mass splits into two par
ts. One of those parts splits again and becomes the original Yherajk that ha
d melded, with their own personality traits and memory intact, but physicall
y smaller than they were before. The other part is an entirely new personali
ty: it has the memories and intellect of its parents, but it comes with a br
and new 'soul,' if you will, made of the new, melded personality, and it's r
eady to go -- there's no childhood, per se, with the Yherajk.
Carl was momentarily startled but recovered quite a bit quicker than I did.
"Cute," he finally said.
"She gave me the right, if she were incapacitated such as she is, to make me
dical decisions for her. I believe this qualifies me to take this action."
Michelle snorted. "Better than I could before, that's for sure."

I am glad the Michele he is refering to spells it with two L's. But I
sure don't understand the post. Huh, whatcha ya talking about? Michele

Googled , and according to Amazon apparently 'Joshua and his people,
the Yherajk, are intelligent, gelatinous, shape-shifting
blobs that communicate telepathically and by sharing odors'.
So it is some kind of science fiction - on line and normal book.
Heres a bit on Michelle:
Michelle made it easy for most of humanity by meeting them halfway;
although she remained transparent, she also retained Michelle's body
shape rather than reverting to the basic Yherajk shapelessness (or
smell). She did her job as a true bridge between our peoples --
clearly alien, and yet, human enough for most people to accept her.
The only unpleasant thing about Michelle winning the Oscar came later,
when some Academy members petitioned to have Michelle disqualified as
the Best Actress winner. Their rationale was that not only was she not
really a human, there was no way to determine that she was, in fact,
female.
Michelle with 2 lls sounds a little strange? I think she has problems.
Do you think she quilts? She might find it relaxing
