I finally had dh liberate some photos. I got them up
on my flick page:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/desertquilter/4030926166/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/desertquilter/4030836640/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/desertquilter/4030173135/
There are actually 2 very similar quilts. DD saw the one
I was working on and called dibs on it. It became her new
house gift. I put the second together in a little different border
and size. They both were pretty easy and fun to do mostly out
of my stash. The pattern was adapted from The Best of Black
Mountain Quilts by Teri Christopherson. There are a lot
of neat quilts in that book. A nice one to own.
There are some quilt inspectors on one of these quilts:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/desertquilter/4030880054/ A few others in the photostream there too. I keep deleting
photos trying to move them around so they are in wacky
order. Sorry about that.

The quilts are lovely but my goodness your poor dear QIs look positively
exhausted. Either they had warm full tummies or have tired themselves out
checking the potential for the perfect nap on your quilts. Polly

There is a major power struggle going on amongst the
cats in the house lately. Ever since Maki had his ear
tumors removed he is not so distracted he is asserting
a bit of himself. It has created some interesting movement
and collapse in the cats.
