I don't know if you have one nearby, but I found this batting at Hobby
Lobby. I believe they have a store locator at their website,
www.hobbylobby.com.

Howdy!
Kathleen, I've checked w/ a couple of stores
including Lonestar in Arlington with no luck on the wool batt.
Emailed Hobbs : sales@HobbsBondedFibers.com
and asked who carries it (buys it from them) in the Ft.Worth Metroplex;
they'll get around to replying, they always do, in a few days.
Meanwhile, here are some of the other lqs that you could contact:
http://www.northtexasquiltshophop.com/
Funny that Quilt Country didn't check w/ the teacher to see what
products she'd be recommending, but they carry the Q.D. batt... .
Have you used the Hobbs Heirloom for handquilting?
Hobbs--it's from Texas, you know. LOL
And while you're in Waco check out the Dr.Pepper plant & museum.
Road trip!!
Ragmop/Sandy --noting that Kathleen is about as far from Waco as I am
