Anyway to get fusible webbing off a shirt?

It's a long shot, but it's a perfectly good shirt. If I hadn't ironed
the decorations onto the wrong side I would have just let them stay on
there.

Stick those decorations back down and put another bunch on the front.
It's the only way...

I use goof-off or goo-gone.
