I am paralyzed with project-itis.............Have things I must do and
deadlines are looming.
The deadlines pretty much prioritize things for me but I am having an
awful time starting some of this stuff.

20 embroidered bibs within the next 2 weeks......each one takes almost
half an hour to embroider, never mind finishing the edges and the
ties..........2 sweatshirts to embroider....fast ones, thank the sewing
gods.........MUCH Christmas sewing.....and 14 for Thanksgiving dinner
at my house........(which is a wreck)

Better just grab SOMETHING and start I suppose.............

All encouragements gratefully accepted!

Deadlines schmedlines. Grab the easiest, quickest project, do it,
and *then* prioritize.

You need to prime your pump.

Good advice! Seeing something moving along to completion is a great
pump primer. Which reminds me, I have a mending job sitting and
a shirt ready to cut out. But too many non-sewing things are keeping
me busy. Maybe tomorrow...

Pat, I feel your pain! I hate it when I know I have things to finish,
like yesterday, and can't get the body in gear. The mind is willing the
body just sits. Maybe if you get started than I can too. I promise
tomorrow will be a day to finish up somethings. Or maybe the day after
tomorrow(LOL, Scarlett) You have a deadline,it does put a push on
things. Wait a minute, I have one too, next Friday the latest to finish
the pillows.Better get myself downstairs and working, now!

Encourage, encourage! Don't think of all the things you have to do.
Think only of one. Do it, then think of another. The journey of a
thousand miles is made one step at a time......or something to that
effect. Just call me Confushis. ;-)
