From the sound of everything you had a wonderful and great memories
that will last forever. Christine will also have wonderful memories of
her mom and dad's wedding. Sometime when you least expect it, I'm sure
she will pop up with something of her memories of the day.
Thank you for taking the time to let u s know about your wonderful wedding.

Well, I'm not sure about how much of this will stay in her memory. But on
thing is for sure cemented in her little mind and that's the sound of the
organ. We went to church again on Saturday morning since I hadn't gotten
round to get the tip to the cantor and she was giving her usual fund-raising
half-hour concert (farmer's market on Saturday morning, lots of folks there
to attend), and we entered church at the last song which was, since it was
Reformation day, 'A mighty fortress is our God'. The trombone choir was
there, too, and it was some excellent music, indeed. When we had just stpped
over the threshold the organ set in and Christine got all excited, with even
tears of joy in her eyes. We went to sit next to granny who was already
there but she couldn't sit still and ran up and down the pew. So I took her
on my arm and we went down the aisle a bit so that she could see the gallery
with the big organ pipes and the shiny trombones. After that, she just
speaks of the 'oergle' (which sound more like her feeling a bit sick than
talking of music and makes funny noises to reproduce the sound. But hey,
that's life, I guess she's hooked on music, and nothing is such a good
carrier of memories as music (and smells, but that's another story). ;-)

Thank you, I wish you could all have been there, but it's really such a
comfort to see hard work rewarded by success, which in this case is that
everybody had a good time.

That is a great success, that everyone enjoyed it.
