Ye'll be needin' a milliner, haberdasher or costumer if ye want
something made just for yer person an' it'll cost more an a few
doubloons to be sure. Not a task for the ordinary seamstress, mind you.
OTOH, ave ye searched on "historical hats" or perused the party costume
websites? Other options include SCA and Revolutionary War reenactment
clothiers and costumers. Any self-respecting rogue needs a fine chapeau
lest ye be cast a scurvy knave like the rest o'them landlubber
scallywags.
