Hello sewing group...
Our first Art Quilt Exhibit hosted by the Fiber Arts & Animals
Festival ( http://www.FiberArtFest.com ) will be October 3 and 4 in
Marshall, Michigan. Our theme this year is "New Directions In
Fiber".
Hours are 10 AM to 5 PM on Saturday and Sunday, October 3 & 4. Free
Admission. Free Parking.

A friend, who lives in Michigan, attended the fest last year after I
mentioned it to her. She was thrilled and found some goodies to purchase.
I will send her a note about this year's event, in case she doesn't get a
notice from you, Rick.
I taught her to sew when we were teaching the same grade level in El Paso.,
She later moved to Korea, then Japan to teach; when her father became ill,
she went home to Michigan and is now a couselor there in private practice.

Sounds like it's worth attending, but it's a bit far from Williamsburg VA

Also it's quite a ways from Houston, TX. I've never been in the state of
Michigan, although I've lived in Chicago and in several cities in Wisconsin.
