Does it look like this one?
http://www.mygrannysatticantiques.com/html/vintage_and_antique_sewing_mac= 2.html
If it does then basically it's a clone of a Singer model 15 and this
manual may be of some help:

Unfortunately not. It is a teal blue
'50s looking thing. It does zig zag. I
found the vintage Bel Air machines on
the web, but not this one.
Thanks for trying.

My Bel Air is considerably newer and a luscious yellow. Has lots of
chrome and stuff. Dials for ZZ and straight stitch....one on the bed
to lower the feed dogs. It is a common machine made about 1953 or so.
Strong , heavy but does work good. Have a friend who collects these
'Buick's of the sewing machines type. He loves all the chrome bits.
What do you need to know?
