Started working on my hemicentennial garb (for 12/10, six weeks away!)

I scanned five different fabrics and pasted them in as textures to see
how it would look, sortof. Looks like the A-line panel skirt is the one
I want to finalize in 3-D.

I'm like Cea, I'd like to learn the technique you did with the fabric. And,
I am also curious about, what is hemicentennial?
Paw Prints has a pattern that is similar to the panel skirt, called a
"bicycle skirt". I bought it to make my outfit for my "diamond" birthday,
75th next month.
