I finished the blue velvet competition jacket yesterday
(wrestled with the silver braid for over two hours, but I
won!) and delivered it to DGD. She will dance tomorrow in
Seattle, wearing the new jacket for the first time, as well
as the new green and red Highland Jig outfit we made
together last fall.
She injured her foot playing soccer, so this is the first
competition in a long time. I'm going up with the family,
I'll put pictures of DGD wearing the new jacket and jig
outfit ASAP.
Beverly, nursing a sore elbow, the braid was fierce!

*sigh* No. That's why I yearn for one of those bathtubs with the
bubbly massage thingies. Hundreds of little airbubbles caressing and
