Great comeback! Oh the dangers of rushing a reply!

Exactly what crossed my mind - I think this would be excellent to do
with DD aged 3yrs 5 months - toddlers are not the most patient of
creatures - this cake sounds perfect for Little Miss Impatient!

I ran it through mine for you, and....................you don't want to
know. These results are for a two serving portion, but dh and I figured
those were very "American" portions. We actually ate one fourth each.
My program says that for two servings, the stats are:
calories 484
fat 24.7 grams
cholesterol 106 mg
sodium 45 mg
total carbs 53.4 grams
fiber 2.6 grams
protein 7.1 grams
So, if you eat one half of this cake, that is the entire fat gram
allotment for a meal. Better to eat just a quarter of it, and have room
for other (low fat, low cal) food as well.
OTOH, as an occasional treat, we are allowed to indulge sometimes, yes?

Well... maybe.... just a bite.... ;-)
Thanks! I have discovered that the program I like
(MasterCook) has a newer version so I am going to order it.
It is about the easiest way there is to share recipes with
family and friends. (I just leave off the nutritional info)

I use RecipeCalc. v4.0. Been using it for years, and I find it meets my
needs. I can e-mail recipes to friends, and leave the nutritional info
on there. It prints out a box just like the ones on the foods in the
grocery store. There is a 21 day free trial on the download. I bought
mine years ago, and the final version cost all of $24. I was so
impressed after trying it for three days that I entered my Visa no. and
bought it. Why not download the trial? It's free, after all.
