Horray, horray it's that day again. Our electricity has now officially
switched over to cheap summer rate!!!( It's a complicated system, don't
ask me to go into details) so I now no longer have to work around not
using the washing machine, iron and sewing machine at certain times!!!
Horray sewing here I come.
Don't misunderstand me I have sewn over the winter but I have to watch
the calender and do it when the extra expensive rate isn't on, I said
it was complicated.
Fabric to wash, hummm, washing machine is still not mended , so that's
a problem but my enthusiasm is not dinted yet. I am instead cutting out
madly for the spring flower markets and planning lots of other lovely
projects.
Waistcoat and neckerchief to make for DH as he has a market in a couple
of weeks themed "la Belle Epoque" and I figure a working man's outfit
will be easier than to get together quickly than a full suited and
booted gent.
I am waiting for Mum to arrive with the pattern for my friends shirt
dress in linen plus of course 40 odd flower themed dresses to make plus
assorted other items.
Skipping off to have fun.

Yay!!!!!! So glad you get to play now!!
You need a treadle or hand crank for the winter time. Then you could sew
without guilt whenever you felt like it. ;)

Sharon,
LOL I have a lovely treadle but I find it impossible to sew without an
iron or in my case my steam generator. So on expensive days I have to be
prepared in advance ( yeah like that's likely!!)or just do cutting out
or planning/ dreaming.
