Last weekend was filled with Morris dancing, beer, laughter, and cider.
We ate spaghetti Bolognese, boef Bourguignon, and roast chicken with
roasted root vegetables and the inevitable BN squash, and a medley of
medeterainian vegetables... And the GMNT came home covered in camo cream!
I don't think I've had time to be bored for years!

I don't lay claim to boredom, but I don't have your energy anymore!

I'm about to start the soup and get PMB fired up for the pattern. Need to:
Design & print pattern
Tape pattern and cut out
Cut toile
Sew toile
Make soup: chicken stock and meat, plus lots of sliced leeks and grated
swede, so very simple. I shall make bread rolls to go with it.
Sew lace on corset
Sew eyelet lace entredaux to drawers
Re-lace corset
Make detachable collar and cuff for Victorian dress
Hem Victorian dress skirt
Make sleeves for same
Sew alterations into Victorian bodice and finish that...
I need to go 'shopping' in the loft for toile fabric, a corset lace and
some more cotton tape, and another dress dummy...
Better get moving: it could be a busy afternoon!
