I think it's great that they share recipes with the public. I enjoy
going there to eat. They are better than most chain restaurants. They
gve you a good meal for the money.

I have to thank you again for the web site. They have a recipe there for
a chicken dish I use to get in the late 90's. I would visit my mom
when she was in the nursing home in Maryland and go to an Olive Garden
in Fredrick MD.The dish is now called chicken Giardino. I'm not sure if
that's what it was called then. I never could duplicate the flavor, no
matter how hard I tried. At the time the recipe wasn't available.
I really love the dish and I know it's going to be a staple in my kitchen.

I am delighted to learn that they share recipes! I will be
taking a look often to see if they ever share the Fettuccini
Alfredo, my absolutely most favorite meal. Oops, I just saw
it, I think I'll have to forego that until the cholesterol
numbers come down. :-(
I also love, love, LOVE the Stuffed Chicken Marsala.

The recipe for the chicken stuffed with sun dried tomatoes and pine nuts
looks mighty good. I think I'll give that one a try too. I just picked
up some pine nuts from Trader Joe's,
