I'd vote yes.
Especially if you like repairing things.
If you do not like restoring, or you do not have the time, there
is a large group of people out there who would like/love to
restore something like that and put it back into service. So,
please consider not scrapping it if you decide to not restore.
(including me)
I recently restored a Singer 66 class machine it sews like a
champ, just an old 1928 singer straight stitch but a very nice
stitch and it sounds pleasant too.
