A new Baby Lock Quest! I still love my Bernina, but the BL has a
considerably larger harp for machine quilting, and hand quilting
apparently is in my past because of thumb-base arthritis.

Now to rearrange my sewing room so both machines will be at the ready,
and familiarize myself with the new one. I'm disappointed that Baby
Lock doesn't have a workbook for the Quest yet, but the dealer will call
me when it's available.

Congratulations on your new machine, Doreen! Yes, the BL workbooks are
really nice. I got the latest one for my Ellageo, as soon as it became
available. I love the Ellageo, too; it's much easier to use than the Pfaff
7560 I've had for 8 years, although it was & still is an excellent machine
and does beautiful embroidery. One DD gave me the two workbooks for the
Pfaff 7570, thinking it would be great for mine, and it is for regular
stitching, just not the embroidery.
However, the one for my Pfaff serger, 4872, is very useful, it helps a lot.

Thanks, Emily! Do you remember if it took long for BL to put out the
Ellageo workbook?

Doreen, I'm sorry I'm not sure how long it was, a few weeks after I got the
machine in December last year.
