The aprons sound nice. I like to wear one with pockets for when I bake =
and also when I am cleaning. The pockets hold the small items I pick up =
to take to another room. So nice of you to make them something useful!

since I've really sewn anything and I used to make all my own clothes.
Recently I got a wild notion to make an apron for my husband's eldest
daughter and also one for my niece (who lives in the UK). Both are
Plus-sized women and have problems finding clothes and other items.
I found a perfect pattern at "Pailey Pincushion" and have made them =
from
flat bedsheets (for a full-sized bed)=20

clothes.
Does anyone know, How did this OP post with an attachment ?

usenet is suppose to be text only (unless it is a binaries
group), typically attachments are truncated. It is supposed to be
bad
usenet-iqutte to try to post with HTML or any web media other
than text.

I am guessing it has to do with the access path of webtv.net or
giganews.

I tried to add an attachment to this reply post as a test to see
if the rules have been relaxed ?? but the server never posted the
message so my whole message was dunped because it had an
attachment.

grumble,
robb

Robb, the presser foot picture was at the end of your post, I saw it. Yes,
usenet is not supposed to post pictures. Somehow, hers & yours got through.
I only hope it doesn't continue.

Thanks Emily,

My attachment message test has yet to appear in my news reader
so i have no idea what happened for me.

FWIW i will not continue and i prefer that attachments not
function for groups like alt.sewing.

didn't know your rules. Never ran across those before.
Won't happen again.
I was just expressing my happiness
