The manual for my Janome/New Home MyExcel 23L sewing machine has
apparently fallen to the depredations of an overzealous cleaning lady.
It simply is not in the studio, has been missing for two weeks now. I
think it must have fallen on the floor, and she virtuously asserts that
anything on the floor is vacuumed up or thrown out! (I've told her to
stay out of there, but she cannot bear to see an unvacuumed foor.)

Anyhow, I have looked in all the obvious places, but this manual is
listed NLA. Anyone have any idea where I might find one? Pleeeease??

Did you try actually calling New Home and asking for a manual? A few
years back, they sent me a photocopy of the manual for my 70s or 80s era
New Home machine.
