I bought a dress for my wedding but didn't really want bare shoulders/top of
arms, so I bought a wrap that matched it. I would like to make this into a
shrug. I do plan to make it up in cheap material first to get it right,
but should I line this trial one as I would the proper one? Any advice
please

buy fabric similar in weight and drape to your fashion fabric, and line the
test shrug.

Congratulations by the way!
