Just a wish for all things good for everyone and a special thanks
for all the thoughts and prayers during the upset of the loss of my
oldest son this year. You are such a wonderful group. Can't
thank you enough for your support.

Yes, I'd like to say to everyone, have the merriest of Christmases, OR which
ever holiday you celebrate, and a very Happy & Prosperous New Year in 2006.

You are more than welcome. Many of think this is a good year to forget,
but many good things came out of it too.

Peace and blessings to you all.

Couldn't agree more Kate - many of the bad things has reminded people that
when they work together they can overcome adversity.

Hope you all have a great Xmas - it's almost over here in Sydney. We're
digesting all our food eaten in the heat! And while people were sleeping
that off, I started on my pillow cases!

I started the day by watching the Midnight Mass from Gloucester
Cathedral: lovely music, glorious mediaeval cathedral.

James was first up, and unwrapping his Christmas stocking prezzies at
eight, and we spent the day having fun and lazing about! Lunch was game
soup, dinner in the evening (after a nice walk) was roast lamb.

Someone once asked me what to do about Christmas down your way, and I
suggested BBQ's turkey kebabs, loads of salad, and follow it with
Christmas Pudding Ice-cream - traditional vanilla ice-cream base with
added spices and all the fruit soaked in bandy or rum before being added
to the mix! I had that once and it was gorgeous!

We are going to the cinema this afternoon to see Narnia and meet Little
Sis and her two for tea at hers afterwards. Tomorrow we go up to Mum's
for lunch.
