This time the burnt orange shrug to go with the chocolate velour!
It's all finished, and is up on the site in the same place as the velour
adventure.
I'll post the latest project when it's ready... Meanwhile, I have
covered the place in black velvet!

Ah, I was about to ask how the orange shrug project went (secretly wondering
what a "shrug" - beside the movement of shoulders - was), but you were much
faster! ;-) Looks really good, that burnt orange. And is that the new pair
of shoes I can spy on the new Kate? ;-)) Obviously the chocolaty coulour
scheme is your thing, looks much better on you than the grey and blue
stuff - or so it seems to me, judging from the net-pics. Well, ban the choc
from your diet and put it into your wardrobe - I wish I could do that. But
WW is no option for me, I tried in my late teens and didn't like it. So it's
gotta be "FDH" (= Friss die Hälfte = eat (exchange for any unflattering
slang word) only half of it) for me, and I really gotta do something,
otherwise there will be no room for a baby in my belly when the time comes.
But that is a tiny bit OT. ;-) Anyway, nice work, Mistress of chocolate
buttons, nice work indeed!

Yes, new shoes to go with the new kit - and a few other brown things I
have accumulated!
If you haven't seen the WW program in the last couple of years, give it
a go: it's changed and been updated recently. You really CAN eat
anything! It's all about a healthy ballance and portion control.
Nothing difficult - or I'd never have stuck to it! Long gone are the
days when you could have half a banana or a pear and HAD to eat fish or
meat in what now seem like HUGE quantities to me!

OT:
I read or saw on tv that if you eat dairy (milk, yogurt, etc) that you will
slimdown. I have just started trying this. we will see if I can stick to
it.
hopefully it works, I need to get rid of my baby tummy after having 3 kids.

A good portion of low fat dairy producrs per day does seem to help. I
use semi=skimmed milk, and all others as low fat as I can ge.

That takes exercise as well as you need to restore the elasticity of the
muscles. You never get rid of it completely, but working on those
muscles certainly helps, even for us older folk...
Back ON t! ;) Working off that little roll below the waist at the
front makes fitting skirts a LOT easier! :)
