If I was 50 years younger I'd want to be our Kate when I grew up *sigh*

Thank you Val. You say the nicest things. :)

I shall be 50 in a few weeks: I've stopped trying to grow up - it'll
never happen! ;)

You look absolutely delicious!! Fabulously put together outfit. Right
down to the shoes. Now Alan must take you out to dine in your finery.

We had a lovely lunch out, just the two of us (James was doing a
survival thing in the woods with the scouts) on Saturday. I had a yummy
pavlova pudding! :)

Oh very nice!!!! Those colors suit you so well, Kate. And I really, really
love that the whole outfit is dressy, but not stuffy and looks SO
COMFY!!!!!! That is really just the best. You could wear that anywhere.
Absolutely fabulous work, as always. Just can't say enough how wonderful
the outfit looks, especially with Skinny Minnie wearing it. :) Good job
all the way around!

Forgot to tell you that I got some chocolate brown boots. :) I thought of
you the whole time I was shopping. They have a heel (I did mention that DD
is 2" taller than me, and rubbing it in????) stretchy not-leather, but
doesn't look cheesy uppers. Very comfy to walk in. And they were On
Sale!!! I love Target. :) I just found them on the website so you can
see!!!! (I get so proud of myself when I think to look for stuff like that
lol)

I really did think of you when I was looking for them. I have this great
mid-calf length moleskin skirt my MIL gave me when she cleaned out her
"office" clothes when she retired last spring. Now if that's not something
that NEEDS boots I dunno what is. ;)

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of time and just annoys the
pig.
