I went to the fair today with my family and took pictures of my
entries. These were for the most part atken through glass, so some of
the details aren't very clear, and I forgot to take one suit. Here
they are:

To say I'm pleased is an understatement...

Thirty-five, I think, and I think I may have missed a couple. Several
items received more than one ribbon, but I'm not sure exactly what
that indicates. I entered 23 sewn item categories, three knitted
items, and 9 food items. The awards ceremony will be held on
September 5.

Yes, some of them appear to have a blue and a lavender ribbon - at least
that's what it looks like to me. Be sure to total them all up and let
us know what all you got and what each ribbon is. You must have spent
the year getting ready for this! Well done!

There appears to be some with rosettes, and at least three different
colors of "second" ribbons. I expect I'll learn what they mean on the
5th.

All this represents somewhat *more* than a year's worth of sewing.
;-}

Thanks.
