I'm making some summer pjs for my soon to be 7 and 10 year old DGDs and
using some slick feeling sparkley knit fabric. I'm having a little
trouble with some skipped stitches, what sort of needle should I be
using? I'm using a size 14 ball point needle.

Any advice? Thanks,

Judie

I'm replying to my own post here, but I went to TSWLTH and got some
stretch sewing needles and will try those. And by the way, they have
items on the notions wall on sale for 50% off and there is a 10% off
total purchase coupon in addition to the sale price. And the cutting
implements are on sale for 50% off as well. I got some of the spring
loaded scissors I've been wanting to try and picked up a few other
things I've been wanting. It was one of my very best Joann experiences,
I usually come out of there wondering why I keep shopping there but of
course I shop there because there is really not much choice.

I just came from JoAnn's, too. Got several assorted packs of Schmitz
Needles, some new dressmaker's pencils, long tweezers and a couple of
glue pens. Love these sales!
