Yikes, I put 10 sets in the shopping cart and checked the
shipping: $6.60! More than the hooks. :-(

More searching and I located them for $.35 each at:
http://www.greenberghammer.com/store.asp?ItemID=2900
But the shipping to the western US was $15.44!


However, I just remembered Atlanta Thread:

$1.65 per DOZEN! And the shipping is $6.25, so by far the
best deal.
