Thanks Mirjam,
I love going away, but I also love coming home again.
My aches and stiffness have gone away so now I can get back to the gym
and work out again. Mu body needs all the help it can get.

I was so stiff when I got in I doubt I could have gotten in or out of
the tub. Ibuprofen is my friend.
