Emily, I found my paperwork on the freezer, its:
http://www.amazon.com/Haier-LW120W-Efficient-Compartment-Freezer/dp/B0000AYKNY

But "Currently Unavailable".

I don't know if anyone else is making one, but I sure love
mine. My only regret is not getting a 7 cu. ft., as
sometimes I pass on Costco frozen stuff because I don't have
any more room. Then again, I probably would have filled up
a 7 cu.ft. and wished for more room. ;-}

It's no longer being made, apparently, but is still available at several
retailers: http://spedr.com/8jl9

Curious, since it's a patented feature, and was top rated. You'd think
they'd make more.

Isn't that just the way? I had never seen one like that. I got an upright
freezer just because I didn't want to have to mess with digging for stuff
in the bottom. Too I was always fearful the kids would see me diving into
the chest freezer, push my feet in and close the lid. LOL (remember, I'm
short, I'd have to do a handstand in there to get at stuff on the bottom of
a normal one.)

I've been really pleased with my upright. It's in the laundry room. We did
have it in the garage for a while. But that was just till we took out the
preschool sized toilet and sink that were in the laundry room. Not
kidding. The commode was Maybe 18" high. It was low enough the dog and
the cat both thought it was a self filling water bowl since they knew human
potties were much taller than that. Didn't want a toilet in the laundry
room (a powder room would be nice but this was just Out There.) So DH
capped it off and tiled over the opening. We replaced the wee little sink
with an actual laundry sink. ;)

The point of all that was......Joanne, you could put one out in the garage
if there is room.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of time and just annoys the
pig.

Sharon, the garage is in the basement. It's next to the basement
bathroom and DH's sauna. And his office. There's a stool and stall
shower in one section, and a vanity sink next to the sauna. All done
after we bought the place. The shower drain had been cemented over so
they could pull two cars into the basement, end to end. The toilet was
broken from when they had left the garage door open on a cold night, and
the water froze. We replaced it and put in a stall shower after we
jackhammered up the cement patch. The old kitchen sink was there, and
we took it out and put in a used vanity sink we got our hands on
somewhere. I sort of wish we'd kept that old sink -- it was the kind
that was all-in-one with the drainboard.

I've seen the small upright and the chest freezer at Wal Mart, I think. Or
maybe Lowe's.
