Dear Ursula,
I'm thrilled to hear about Christine's progress. I understand as a
parent and grand parent how difficult it is to have have a very ill
child. Your clinic sounds like a dream come true as far as medical care
is concerned. You are fortunate to have it there.
AS far as the other issue that came up in the recent postings to you,
there are people in this world who have no love or understanding
of others. Some people take it as their right to bring the world to task
for everything and anything. This particular person has made it his
life's work to try and bring us down to his level.I have been chided by
him many times on many issues, It is my hope that he will get all he
deserves in this world and what he perceives to be his right to what he
thinks will be his next.

I have told my children and each of their church pray groups have added your
darling, Christine, to their daily prayer list. I am also saying prayers
for her, you and your family.
BYW, my middle DD is also Christine.

U, in some previous posts you've made a point of saying you're not
religious, taken a swipe at "pious neighbors", and said you're not
likely to be on your knees in thanksgiving. There's a lot of that going
around.
You can be free from religion, as is your right, but please don't toss
stones or ridicule those who feel otherwise by making flip comments like
that above about people who "pray, or dance, or chant, whatever your
religion recommends in this case". Do you see the irony in asking others
to invoke their "higher power" in behalf of your ailing child when you
don't subscribe to such actions yourself? Are you "in" or "out"? Maybe
you're on the fence and just feel "It can't hurt". There's a lot of that
going around, too.
At one time at least someone in her life was apparently "in", since
she is named "Christine", which means "Follower of Christ".
I'm praying for her complete recovery. JPBill
