Joanne using language like that: no surprises there; poor thing can't
help it. But an endorsement of it by Kate here: totally unexpected and
disappointing. JPBill

I never pretended to be nice. I'm like Ronseal: you get exactly what it
says on the tin.
And you know nothing about Ursula if you make such uncharitable
assumptions. I, on the other hand, have stayed with her, worked with
her, played with her cherub, seen her quiet dignity in the face of
adversity, and known the panic that was hidden behind it. We have
discussed the German general election, British politics, drugs,
religion, our own attitudes towards them, found fascinating differences
and unexpected areas of concurrence.
Your assumptions are clumsy, crass, and unwarranted. They are based on
ignorance. That, unfortunately, seems to be willful.

Amen! ;-) I added Mr. High N. Mighty to my personal
filters a long time ago.
Although I certainly do get upset with spammers here (but
that's because they actually have the capability of
destroying alt.sewing), everything else on this newsgroup is
either informative, entertaining or has value in
facilitating our community.
