Juno, thanks for the recipe!! I mixed it up this afternoon - haven;t
actually eaten any of the cake, but the batter tasted wonderful as i
show/hide quoted text

Will probably save it for tomorrow night or Sunday. We aren;t a
traditional Easter dinner-type family, so, per DHs request (and thanks
to the "point accumulation" at one of the local grocery stores) we will
be having lasagna for Easter dinner, with salad, and chocolate cake for
dessert.

I will post after it has been tested and sampled by all, but if the
batter was any indication, I think we have a winner!!
