Here is a pic of a clutch that I made from a link I posted a couple of days
ago. I am going to try doreens clutch link next. I discovered I really
like making bags. It didn't turn out 100% perfect, my button loop ended
being a bit off center, I could move it, but its not for sale its just for
me so I don't feel like fixing that!

So there it is! Ignore the messy background!
The fabric is a metallic jacquard with premier lining inside. Fusible
interfacing on both. The beads were sold by the yard at the same fabric
store. The chain is from the other tswlth and so are the things on the side
and the "button", except they are all actually pieces
for making bracelets but the flowers were too nice to not put them on a
purse!
So there you go, that tutorial works just fine even with my modifications.
It was so easy too, I totally recommend it!
Thanks for looking!

Very pretty! You've given me some decorative ideas for my Easter bags
for the Year 5 class next term! Thanks! :)

They are already hounding me for some. LOL I can only go so fast, and don't
forget about the cookies and treats they want me to make them too. I can't
wait until the oldest is old enough to read a recipe and mix it together and
clean up after!

It's really great when that happens. And so much fun to be in the kitchen
together. Last week DH was out of town. The kids and I decided we wanted
breakfast for dinner. :) DD said Oh can we have pancakes? I said Go get
the cookbook and make the batter. Man can she make batter FAST. lol DS
was very proud of himself yesterday when he made mac & cheese in the
microwave all by himself. ;) They're both coming right along if I do say
so myself. ;)
