Look at http://www.emmaonesock.com. They have some rayon there. I
have not bought from her before, but I have heard good things -
several people on www.patternreview.com seem to buy from her
regularly. Another thing is to keep checking www.fabric.com. Their
stock changes regularly and you may find some you like in the future.
I wish you luck. I love to sew with rayon challis. I especially like
that if I prewash it, it really is wash and wear unlike the RTW rayon
that has to be dry-cleaned.

I found a variety of rayon challis prints at www.fabricsunlimitted.net
I've never purchased from them before but they seem to have a nice
variety. If you're looking for black rayon challis,
www.dharmatrading.com has some 60" wide stuff for $4.25 per yard. I
*have* purchased from them in the past and have been very satisfied
with my orders.
