All I can say is that I have a 6 yr. old (man, time has flown by!) Kenmore
front loader set that's never had a problem- no repairs, no strange noises,
no flooding, cleans my clothing and stash beautifully. I'm very pleased
with the set. Can't help you otherwise. Sorry. ;-)
