One thought, we once inherited a couple of costumes circa 1930's when we
moved into a house. One was a box of Swan Vesta matches which was made in
the style of a double sided sandwich board with ties at the shoulders and
sides.
As an aside, my sister and cousin once won 1st prize in a couples fancy
dress competion using that costume, my cousin wore the match box and my
sister dressed in a white fabric tube with a couple of pairs of tan hose
over her head... Match and Box!!
Any way could you use the sandwich board idea and use cardboard as a base?
With brown fabric or felt prahaps you could make chocolate,I was thinking
padded squares prahaps a hot glue gun would come in usefull. What about the
"Wonka" wrapper usualy purple I think but have it torn off to expose the
chocolate. Could it have a bite out of it?
Hope that helps
