Yeah, I think we've hit the crucial point here: control. ;-) Sometimes I
manage to control my portions but sometimes I don't. I'm something of a
binge eater, with the binge free spells too short for losing weight.

That's a good hint, and actually I like greens extraodinarily, although
perhaps brussel sprouts drenched in butter with breadcrumbs isn't exactly
the idea of it. ;-) Sparingly is the motto here, if at all. We'll see...

Fortunately, acohol isn't a problem for me. On most of those evenings we
open a bottle of wine, part of it ends up in the dinner (maybe a glass, and
mostly I cook for two days) and I have a glass which I even not always
finish because I simply don't like the taste of alcohol uncooked. Too stingy
and I don't like losing control, either, little obsessive-compulsive me. ;-)
On the other hand, my husband will finish the bottle in 90 % of those cases.
;-( Well, we don't do that too often or else he'd have drinking problem, I
guess.

Hey, thanks a lot, and yes, we will walk. Although I can hear those charming
little raindrops hit the attic window once more. Well, there's no bad
weather, just the wrong kind of clothing. (See, and here we're back on
topic. <G>)
