Is it Ok if I worry just a teensy bit about you? Go slowly
on the bike exercise. ;-}

I will allow that and promise to take it easy. Right now I'm doing 18
minutes at the least amount of tension. Any more than that and I'd have
to be carried upstairs. I'm a bit *big understatement* out of shape.

Join the club. I promised myself I would get up to walking
an hour a day *uphill* before the Grand Canyon trip, but
life (and sore knees) keeps getting in the way. :-}

Real swimmers could give a fig about what your body looks like...
they're too busy with their own laps. Anyhow, around here, they're
likely to think you do some cold water diving and need the extra
insulation. <g>
