I know I've seen that on the rack at TSWLTH and Field's, maybe even
Hobby Lobby. Neither seems to show it on their website.

It might be called something else. I search up "piping trim" and found
lots of flat braids to sew on top, not bind into an edge.

Dear Kate,

Do you have piping (that is what it's called) of any color? Just
cover it with what you want. I do this all the time so I can match
the piping to the thing I'm working on. Or, cover cotton crochet
thread with your bias strips. The crochet thread is called Sugar 'N
Cream here. Might take a few minutes longer, but the fruitless search
makes up the time.
