Wm Wright Co makes the stuff packaged up in the USA, don't know if they sell
in the UK. http://www.wrights.com/ Here's their website if that helps. If
you have any appropriate red fabric and something you could use for the
cording it wouldn't take long to cut some bias strips and sew up the piping
with a zipper or cording foot. I've even made piping using heavy cotton
garden string for the cord.
