Hi,

I just bought a new winter parka. I really didn't want one with fur or
fake fur trim around the hood, unless it was removable, but the one
that looked best on me had the unremovable kind. I would like to remove
it permanently. Has anyone here successfully done that? If so, any
hints?

Thanks.

Liz

seam ripper comes to mind.....

Just take your seam ripper and remove the stitches to get the fur off.
re-stitch the edge of the hood to secure the stuffing inside.
