I know the watch you mean, and I can't find it anymore. It might turn
up on eBay sometime. You could use their Want It board. While looking,
I came across http://www.timissimo.com/acheter22.php which is a place
where you can design your own watch.

I honestly thought that the one I bought my mom (matches your
description) was made by Gingher, but they're not available on
http://www.gingher.com at this point. However, I did find this on
ebay that may meet your needs

If the watch still exists, you could take it to a jeweler and have them
put the face et al on a new body. I did this to my ancient Wonder Woman
watch, making a $20 timepiece into a $50 one.
