We don't seem to understand that this person is Important and Busy and
that we are being given the opportunity to brighten up our otherwise
dull existence by being helpful. She (he?) does not have the time to
read and post in a newsgroup, so it is incumbent upon us to provide the
solutions to the problem(s) in email. It would be acceptable to leave
the appropriate fabric in a suitable container on the front porch, and
perhaps even better to provide the garment made of the fabric, completed.

<slaps forehead> I'm so glad you explained it, I was
totally confused. Now that I understand OP's Very Important
Person status, I shall immediately set about researching the
perfect solid-with-a-nice-sheen (similar to satin),
woven-or-knit, powder-blue-or-similar, shiny-but-not-snaggy,
unembossed and without-too-much-texture fabric. And of
course I'll also put in a great deal of time and effort into
locating the perfect professional sewist in the OP's
county/village/city/state/province/country/continent/planet/galaxy/universe

;-D
