Does anyone know if there is a separating invisible zipper out there?
I've sewn a low of invisible zippers, but don't recall having seen a
separating one.

Yes there are, made by YKK... BUT they only sell them in industry
quantities. I've had no joy in several months of looking for them
retail. I know they make them because I've seen them both in garments
and on their web site.
